    This frame looks exactly as pictured but it ran small by a couple of centimeters and my photo wouldnt fit into it properly so I couldnt use them. Due to the no return policy, I couldnt exchange or return unfortunately but the seller was very easy to work with and sent me a bigger size and only had me pay the difference as opposed to paying for a whole new order.

The quality is first rate.nThe frames exactly matches the description and each one has met my expectationsnThis latest one has a major improvement. It now has a metal peg that screws into the frame to support it on a table top. Earlier versions used a wooden peg that I had to glue in place to keep it from falling out.

When I contacted the seller about this, they were very understanding and thoughtfully offered to send me replacement frames free of additional cost (aside from a shipping fee). The replacement frames were also very good and I am satisfied with them. I very much appreciate the seller’s great customer service and generous replacement offer.
