We don’t accept returns, but we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We are proud of high quality and craftsmanship, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we’ll make it right.

To get started, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and include as much detail as possible (pictures if you can), so we can handle it quickly and correct any errors or mistakes.

We highly recommend keeping all original packaging your order came with, so you can ship the item back to us safely once a return is accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and sale items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] for a request.

Cancellations
Please reach out to us as soon as you can. We can cancel it for you if we haven’t sent it out, but please note that this does not extend to custom or personalized orders.

Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
